Hobart Capital Outlet + Home – the first dedicated outlet centre in Tasmania will begin construction in early 2012 with a completion date set for late 2013. The site is adjacent to Hobart International Airport, close to the existing Cambridge Park, and will be complimented by a major homemaker precinct.
