To report lost, delayed or damaged baggage, please contact your airline. Contact details can be found in the list below.
Please note that your airline may contract out the management of lost, delayed or damaged baggage to a ground handling agency.
Oversized baggage
Please contact your airline to check requirements for oversized baggage before you travel. Oversized baggage drop off is located to the right of Check In. Please visit the Check In desks prior to dropping off oversized items.
Upon arrival, oversized items can be collected beside Baggage Carousel 1.
Trolleys
Trolleys are available to borrow to assist with transporting your luggage to and from the Airport terminal. A fee of $5 applies and upon the return of the trolley, you will receive a $1 refund.
Arriving international passengers are eligible for complimentary trolleys.
Trolleys can be found conveniently located near all car parks and high passenger zones within the Hobart Airport precinct.
