Richard England
For over 25 years, Richard England has been a Non-Executive Director of listed and unlisted companies and has chaired a number of these. Prior to embarking on his career as a Non-Executive Director, he was a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice.
Richard’s focus has been on corporate governance, risk management, strategic development and growth.
Margaret Kennedy
Margaret is an experienced Non-Executive Director currently holding roles on the Loreto Ministries Limited Board; the Province Finance Advisory Council for the Loreto Province Australia & SE Asia; Challenger Retirement and Investment Services Limited and AMOG Holding Pty Ltd
She has over 30+ years’ experience holding various Executive roles for Shell Australia including GM Aviation Operations for Asia Pacific, Viva Energy Australia and Viva Energy REIT (now Waypoint REIT) where she led the public listing and was the inaugural CEO.
In addition, Margaret holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Dowling
David is a Principal in the Infrastructure Division at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC).
David has extensive airport sector experience, having worked at a major Australian airport and having served on the boards of several capital city and regional airports in Australia.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kjell Kloosterziel
Kjell Kloosterziel is the Director Schiphol International of the Royal Schiphol Group.
Kjell has been active in the aviation industry for over 20 years and has advised many international (hub) airports around the world on their strategic development plans and major expansion projects.
He currently also holds position as Director of Schiphol North America Holding, Schiphol USA inc. and Schiphol Australia Pty Ltd.
Roel Hellemons
Roel has almost 25 years of experience in the airport business and is currently CEO of Eindhoven Airport, with nearly 7 million passengers annually, the second busiest airport in the Netherlands. Roel graduated from the Royal Dutch Military Academy and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Roel started his career as an Infantry Officer in the Dutch Army before he joined Schiphol Group in 1998. At Schiphol Group he worked across a range of disciplines including operations, capacity management and Schiphol’s international business. Between 2012 and 2018 Roel and his family lived in Australia when he was General Manager Strategy & Development at Brisbane Airport Corporation.
Jeff Pollock
Jeff Pollock is an experienced board member and senior executive having held CEO, COO and CFO positions at ASX listed entities, and board positions at a number of significant operating companies, including Australian airports.
Jeff is currently a non-executive director of Utilities of Australia, the corporate trustee of an infrastructure investment fund and is an Independent Expert to the Sunsuper Pty Ltd Audit Compliance and Risk Management Committee.
Jeff is a Chartered Accountant having been admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1989.
Tim Gardner
Tim is the owner of contracting company, Stornoway, providing specialised infrastructure services to a variety of government and the private sector clients. He has more than 30 years’ experience in business leadership, management and strategic development with a focus on public infrastructure.
Tim is currently Chair of Metro Tasmania and TasTAFE.
