The Role: As a Safety and Security Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in championing health and safety initiatives, coordinating training programs and conducting inspections. You will be a key player in nurturing our culture of safety and security across our major projects including the Terminal Expansion and Airfield Upgrade. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our security team to drive continuous improvement efforts within our growing footprint. Most work will be undertaken during normal business hours however given the nature of our projects, some work may need to be undertaken at night.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a work Health and Safety position, including inspection and reporting experience.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety management systems, practices, and current legislation.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
