Electronics Access Card (EAC) / Key

Applying for a new or replacement Electronic Access Card (EAC) / Key

  1. Complete Part 1 of the HIAPL EAC/Key Application – Read and understand the Access Control Guide, payment requirements, privacy statement and conditions of use, included in the form.
  2. Have your employer endorse your application by completing Part 2 of the application form.
  3. Submit application form to HIAPL administration by email (preferred) permits@hobartairport.com.au or in person.
  4. HIAPL will consider the application for approval which will be approved in full, approved in part or under conditions or declined.
  5. HIAPL administration will contact the applicant to notify of the status. If the application is approved the EAC / Key can be collected from HIAPL reception.
  6. Collection will not be available until payment of the administration fee is received or invoiced and a current ASIC is sighted (if applicable).

Applying for a change of access for an Electronic Access Card (EAC)

  1. Complete Part 1 of the HIAPL EAC / Key Application – Read and understand the Access Control Guide, payment requirements, privacy statement and conditions of use, included in the form. Include in the application your current access card number (last five digits printed on the card).
  2. Have your employer endorse your application by completing Part 2 of the application form.
  3. Submit application form to HIAPL administration by email (preferred) permits@hobartairport.com.au or in person.
  4. HIAPL will consider the application for approval which will be approved in full, approved in part or under conditions or declined.
  5. HIAPL administration will contact the applicant to notify of the status. If the application is approved the EAC / Key can be collected from HIAPL reception.
  6. Collection will not be available until payment of the administration fee is received and a current ASIC is sighted (if applicable).
